DELIVERY:

Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.


Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a reasonable time.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

STANDARD:

Delivery is usually 3-5 working day delivery, though we will always dispatch your goods as quickly as we can and your parts may arrive quicker than this in some instances, or may occasionally take a little longer.

We use Royal Mail services up to 2kg and between 2kg and 10kg we use DPD, Fedex or UPS, Order’s over 10kg will be sent via DPD, Fedex or UPS. This is subject to change due to parcel weight and/or size.

Some goods may be sold and drop shipped by our suppliers, these may use a variety of delivery companies (subject to origin) but will usually match our 3-5 working day delivery timescale.

EXPRESS:

Delivery is usually 2-3 working days, though we will always dispatch your goods as quickly as we can and your parts may arrive quicker than this in some instances, or may occasionally take a little longer.

We use Royal mail services up to 2kg and above 2kg will be sent via APC Overnight or Fedex.

Some goods sold and drop shipped by our suppliers may not be able to be offered on an express delivery.

Express orders to remote areas ie some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take more time.
Sadly we are unable to offer an express delivery service for non UK deliveries.

Very occasionally our couriers are not able to deliver within agreed timescales. In the event that your parts do not arrive on time, your carriage fee will be refunded in full. We are not able to refund any other costs arising from late delivery and would always recommend that you:

Orders placed online, totalling £25 or more, will enjoy FREE DELIVERY* to any UK address subject to the following terms and conditions. 

FREE DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Goods must total £25 and excluding Back Order parts, to qualify for free carriage.

If you order is processed online with free carriage, but a charge is due, we will contact you to inform you, and make the necessary arrangements.

In busy periods, orders that have been placed using free carriage may be dispatched slightly slower than those with paid carriage or express delivery. If your parts order is urgent please choose the express delivery option where possible.

Please note that if goods are returned as unwanted, reducing the value of the order to below £25, the standard shipping charges for the remaining amount will be deducted from the refund.

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

You can purchase in confidence.
If any product is defective and returned within a period of 14 days from receipt date, we will forward a replacement or give full refund within 48 hours on receipt of goods received back.

Goods damaged in transit must be notified to sales@oemandmore.co.uk within two days of receipt.
Returned goods should be covered by insured/compensated parcel post. Oemandmore will not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Unwanted goods that are returned are subject to condition that the item(s) and packaging are unused and in perfect condition. Any product(s) returned as unwanted may be subject to a restocking charge of 20% at our discretion and Oemandmore reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund should we deem that the returned item(s) and/or packaging do not fulfil the previous criteria. Any such punitive deduction is entirely at our discretion without resort to mediation.

Postal, carriage or other delivery charges for unwanted items returned are at the expense of the returnee and Oemandmore do not accept any liability whatsoever for charges incurred when returning any item previously supplied by us.

Parts that have been modified cannot be returned.
Returns are not possible on any electrical goods after fitting (unless found faulty).

'Special order' parts that are ordered are “strictly special order” and subsequently non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is the customers responsibility to check that the parts are correct for their vehicle before fitting.
